Camille Silvy

After going to Camille Silvy's exhibition, i got really inspired by his work.
I also like his family album books/ layouts .
I wanted to have my book to be more of a scrap book.






After looking at Camille Silvy's, and the way that he presents his work. I had a real love for his scrap books. Which where almost like portfolios in date order. I also love the locations of the images and the way that they have been taken in.

on the right hand side is one of the photographs taken by camille silvys. which i really like and i have taken many ideas from his images. i think the main reason for me liking his images is because of the big dresses.

Action Plan For Book Project

- going to be shooting in medium format, and cross process my test films of c41film-developing through e6 chemistry.
- i need to develop on my concept a bit.
-for my book I want it to be a size of a family album, and it to look like a scrapbook. (like Tim Walkers fashion book)
 

book project/action plan

For the book brief i have chose to look at dresses,because over the summer i was inspired by diors collection of flower girls.
I herd about diors flowers girls from an image that i found in a magazine. I then had the idea of making my own dresses and having my version of flower girls.
