Test Shoot

These images are from my test shoot in the studio before i went on location. the above image is a simple image of the model sat down. i was trying to create a soft lighting effect which i think i have achieved.

with this image i wanted the model to do the Dior pose, which i think has kind of worked.

i really do love the above image with the tutu, and the direction that the subject is looking in, and the lighting on the models face.

i have taken a test shoot of one of my dresses in the studio. i also had the model doing some of the poses that i want for the location shoot. for my location photo shoot, i think that i am going to get another model and have a few more dresses. the location that i was thinking of would be a farm house or in some fields. i also want the photos to have a natural look to them. but for the model to be very over the top.

Christain Anwander

I found Christian Anwander in TANK magazine and loved the photographs. I really liked the lighting and the different angles that the model is posing in. the abstract images give the photo shoot a unique style and a different way of looking at fashion.i really do like the fact that you can still see the clothes that the model is wearing. i love the soft lighting on the subject. but at the same time i like the way that the photographer isn't just focusing on the clothes but what the model can do and act in from of the camera.

the image on the left is taken by Craig Mcdean,  i found the images in another magazine.

i really like these images because of the style that they have been taken in, and the lighting that has been used to light the subject. i also like the poses that the model is doing. i also like how it looks play full and fun.the image on the right hand side is one of my favorites. i like that he has chosen to take the image in black and white.   i also like how all three of the images have a different style, but they also look really dramatic. 

ideas

This image here is where i got my ideas from . to make my own dresses. After looking at my ideas again i then decided to change my idea a little bit by istead of making lots of dresses i going to stick to making just one dress.

dress design

here is a design of one of my dress that I'm going to make.
i want to photographer my models with big hair/ a lot of make up.
the location that i want to have will be on a farm or in a barn.

i also want to have some old fashioned dresses in my photo shoot.
